When we receive your products we will let you know, get them opened up, put away and ready for sales.

We fulfill custom personalized orders as well as orders that don't need personalized if you need us to ship those as well. As a different kind of 3PL, we can do both.

We will pick, custom engrave (if needed), pack and ship and get your tracking numbers to you. It's as simple as that.

What Makes Griffco Supply's 3PL Services Different?

Normal 3PL services will stock your items and ship them for you. Normal Print-on-Demand services will let you hook up to their offerings, just like everybody else in the world can, and sell their stuff on your site.

Griffco Supply does 3PL and on demand customization differently. We take your products, the products you've worked so hard to source, and stock them for you. Then we engrave those products. We keep your unique offering truly unique.

If you want to offer additional products to scale your sales, we can help with that too. But when we bring in a new product for you, it's for you. We don't see the value in making your business a cookie cutter model.

How quickly do we ship your orders?

For engraved items we normally ship in around 2 business days. If you place an order on a Monday before 10:00am (EST), it will typically ship Wednesday. We understand how online sales channel latencies work.

As we approach the holiday season, our lead times will increase. This is communicated weekly to our selling partners so they can adjust marketplace lead times accordingly.

Two times per year our facility will close for one week for a Company Reset. We use this time to reorganize where needed and recharge. These dates are published to our partners at the beginning of the calendar year so you are able to know when to adjust latencies.

Will I have to get rid of my FBA listing?

Not at all. Our process takes the power from your Amazon FBA listing, or other sales channel listings, and leverages it with customized options. The result gets you out of the race to the bottom. See the next FAQ for how this works.

How Can You Customize an FBA Product

Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy eBay and other marketplaces allow you to have options (also known as variants) in your listings.

Let's say you sell a popular drink tumbler, but so do a thousand competitors. You would have your normal SKU (for example TMBLR-001-FBA) and now a new SKU (TMBLR-001-CSTM) for your custom version. Your standard listing does what it always has done. But when your customer clicks the "Custom Engraved" option they will see a place to enter their customized info, pay the difference for the upgrade and checkout with a unique product your competition simply does not have.

I Need Help With Offering Personalized Products

That's what we are here for. We have decades of experience in engraving, drop shipping and 3PL services. We also offer services to help you build customizer image templates for Amazon listings as well as how to adjust your latencies for Custom Offerings so you don't get late shipment marks against your performance metrics.

We are a small family owned business that has tons of online experience. We see the marketplaces eroding day after day and want to help American sellers set themselves apart.

How Much Do You Charge?

When you are offering personalized products, we can often realize an increase of 20%-40% more in price - that's huge!

Our custom engraving services are usually around $9.00 per unique piece. We usually see customers charge at least 2X this amount to the purchaser. This fee depends on the time it takes to engrave your item. A small watch will be less than a large plaque.

If we are engraving many of the same item at the same time, for example you specialize in metal business cards, the price per piece will drop significantly.

For shipping charges, we pass on our discounted rates to you and we add $1.00-$1.50 to each package for handling. This covers our bubble mailers, poly bags, packing tape and labels. Oversized packages or those requiring us to bring in boxes for shipment will see an increased charge.

Our storage fees are based on cubic feet of space used and we will calculate that once we learn more about your products. We typically charge by the bin or by the shelf for smaller items.

Receiving fees begin at as little as $3.00 per box received. These are among the lowest fees in existence.

Extra administrative fees are currently billed at $35.00 per hour. This may include requested reporting, inventory counts, etc.

Returns processing begins at $5.00 per return.

The onboarding fee for us to set up a client in our system and be ready to receive shipments varies depending on SKU count and other details.

We keep things inexpensive for you, efficient for us and joyful for your customer.

Yes. It is possible for us to extend exclusivity. While we will generally work with multiple brands per category, if exclusivity in your is important to you, we can certainly provide it with a clear scope and a retainer or order minimum so it makes sense for both of us.
